Lauren Conrad Beauty

Books are one of my biggest loves in life, as they can simply express who a person is and the love for a particular topic or story. So when Lauren Conrad published her Beauty book it is always there for a quick scan to try and spark some inspiration and an easy afternoon read. 

The book provides everything from beauty, basic skin care advice to hair tutorials and themed make up looks. To be honest there is a little bit of everything in there! The layout of the book is beautiful with simple and defined chapters that are dedicated to specific topics including; finding your beauty, stress, fitness & food, everyday makeup to party makeup and beauty that has changed through the decades! It pretty covers everything you need to know about the basics of beauty. 

The book is put together nicely and covers mostly the basic information, so if you are an experienced makeup artist or hair stylist then you will just be revising the notes you already know. However it is just a really nice book to have a casual read with a cup of tea. 

Lauren Conrad Beauty is a nice, girly coffee-table book that is ideal for anyone is loves beauty. It is packed with tutorials, tips and information that is displayed in a pretty manner. I would recommend this book for anyone who loves to read about beauty or is just starting to get interested about the world of beauty! 

So in the end the book has a thumbs up from me and additionally Lauren Conrad Style is the same concept and design, but based around fashion! That book would be a must have as well in your collection!
