As you may have already seen from my previous post, I love a good old hot chocolate. I am also a massive lover of health foods, so I thought I would create a vegan chocolate milk - free from dairy and gluten.
The hint of nut flavour from the milk and sweetness from the chocolate is a divine combination that makes your stomach feel warm and cosy on the inside.
Simply warm almond milk in a pan and add dairy free chocolate and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into your favourite jar or mug and voila - a delicious hot chocolate that is perfect for a winters night, but completely guilt free.
