An update.

Good morning you enthusiastic blog readers,

I hope you have all had a lovely weekend and are now ready to jumpstart the week again! Now I will tell you now, I have no idea where this blog post is going to lead so a cup of tea and biscuit might be necessary!

I have to admit that I have been some what lazy with my blog the past month and has sadly it has taken a seat on the back burner. Well I am just going to tell you why … I am in the second term of Senior Year so in about 4 week weeks I am 2/3 of the way complete with my schooling. I have never been so excited to have the freedom, a relaxed schedule and be able to do what ever I fancy! (with some restrictions still of course.) I have plans for next year that I may talk about in this post or one at a later date, we will just see how long this one goes for!

School has been crazy with assignments, tests and I must not forget my Maths Exam that is tomorrow morning. (eeep!) I have found this year that teachers talk about what ever you do this year and decisions you make will have an impact on the rest of your life. It will pretty much determine your whole life. Whilst that is correct to some extent it really isn't. At the end of this year and beginning of next, if you start to become a lazy unmotivated person it is going to be very hard to get out of that routine, however if you start being more productive and even it is taking things slower then you hopefully progress into something magical and hardworking.

Not everyone knows what they want to do and that is perfectly fine, people enter careers that they never would have thought of before and life can simply change in the blink of an eye. Now a days there are millions of different pathways into courses or jobs, which makes it easier for post-graduates or graduate from high school who now want to start learning again.

I feel like some people just don't know of the opportunities out there and what you can do to achieve your goal. So a couple of weeks back I had this sudden click of not wanting to go to University and I just feel like it isn't the place for me. Now I need to be pushed to study and I do procrastinate a lot, which is one of my weaknesses, but if I attend local colleges completing a course both online and on campus that I enjoy and have the freedom of completing at my own pace I am most likely choose that option. This post is going to end up being three thousand words at this rate so I will look at doing a 'study update' closer to finishing school and my plans for next year.

As for my blog … I am not to sure on where it will lead! I have also had some ideas of changing the style, which will of course be a work in progress. I have always loved cooking and baking at heart, whilst I don't want to follow this into a career I still want to showcase my knowledge and creations, but in a different way. So I am looking at restructuring my blog into a food and lifestyle blog with posts about my latest bakes, days out/ places to visit, DIY's and any extra beauty or fashion bits that I am loving. I do not want it to be predominately beauty and fashion, because that is not where my heart fully lies. I would love to learn how to film and edit videos, photographs and simply be more creative.

So as this post might not make a whole lot of sense about what I am actually doing at the time being, I am going to focus on my school and try to upload posts as frequently as I can, but I cannot promise anything. I have another mid term break in about 4 weeks, so in that time hold tight as I am going to be planning future posts and hopefully getting my blog back on track. I think I pushed myself to hard at the beginning of wanting to post 7 days a week, which is crazy when you think about it, so I will think it through and look at another schedule that will suit me best!

Thank you so much for listening to this rambly blog post and I hope to get back onto it in a few weeks when I am on my break and can focus on the things that I enjoy! More update will be posted in the future don't worry and I will then try to focus my 'update' on one topic! Not just writing whatever comes to mind. Right I am off again rambling, so I speak to you all very soon!
