Cadbury Creme Egg Brownie.

Hello all!

Today I will be sharing the ultimate chocolate treat a gooey chocolate brownie with the addition of a Cadbury’s Crème Egg!
A mouth watering delicious sweet treat that is perfect for a dinner party, a gift, sharing with your family or secretly for you.

Instead of using half a crème egg to place on the top of the brownie batter, you could alternatively use a whole mini crème egg! If the second option is something that tickles your tastebuds fill half the prepared tin with half the amount of batter, place in your crème egg (or two!) and top with the remaining mix. Either would be delicious and enjoyable!

I found that the crème eggs held there shape better when you bake the brownie by itself for 10 minutes first, then remove it from the oven and place the eggs on top finally bake for a further 5 minutes. This way the crème inside the egg will be sightly warm and gooey, whilst still being able to see the shape.

The brownie is: warm (if heated), gooey, soft, creamy & fudgy once settled from the oven!
